🥂 It’s NYE, will you be setting SMART goals for the new year? Reflecting on my 2024 goals, I’m proud to share that I was able to accomplish my 5 that I set. My secret? They followed the SMART goal-setting method and were ones that were in line with the personal growth I wanted to achieve. Now with the new year, I want to keep the momentum going. I’m truly for the new experiences 2024 brought me, and all the traveling and people I’ve met that have helped shape my path of who I want to be. Now for 2025, my focus is all about translating those lessons into my professional career. For 2025 I will be: 🌊 1. Channeling my ikigai to my professional career- If you haven’t had the opportunity to read “Ikigai: The Japanese Secret To A Long And Happy Life” by Hector Garcia and Francesc Miralles, I HIGHLY recommend. ☮️ 2. Not giving energy and time to those who don’t give it back- Life needs balance, and when energy isn’t reciprocated, it can be draining. 👁️ 3. Building RA’s website and YouTube- I’m proud to say that I’ve written over 100 article during 2024! Time to expand. 💪🏼 4. Creating my own opportunities rather than waiting on them to show up- I’ve always been one to create projects and find opportunities, but now I am bringing this perspective to my professional career. 😊 5. Always bringing positive energy and being me- Others who try to change this are not worth the energy. Circle back to goal 2 ;).
